Media Credentials

Thank you for your interest in covering local soccer as FC Wichita begins the 2026 season. 

The annual credential application is now open. If you wish to be considered for a full season credential please let us know by stating "Full Season" in the Any Additional Information box. Also, it is important to read the following reminders and updates:

• Credential applications must be submitted no later than 48 hours from match kickoff and are only for media outlets that need game day Press Room and/or Field access to produce editorial coverage, not to watch the match. This includes newspapers, TV, radio, magazines and legitimate digital websites that produce consistent and professional content adhering to accepted journalistic principles. 
• Credentials and seating space in the Press Box and Press Room is limited and priority will be given to those working on a deadline. 
• Applications from freelance writers, photographers or videographers must validate the professional and editorial need for media access. All applications using a personal email address, such as Gmail or Hotmail, must provide validation from their outlet. 
• The credential application will open on January 24, 2026. For travel or scheduling purposes, if you require approval to future dates that are not listed, please contact us.

NOTICE OF CREDENTIAL USE CONDITION

This credential is issued to provide access to an individual with a legitimate working function at a game involving FC Wichita. The bearer must be on a specific assignment (as an employee or agent for the organization to which this credential is issued). It is non-transferable. Any unauthorized use of this credential subjects bearer ejection. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for cancellation.

The use of any and all league events or excerpts thereof shall be limited to news coverage by the accredited organization unless expressly authorized in writing by the leagues. Television and radio stations may use excerpts of league games only in the manner and on the terms and conditions set forth in receipt of which is acknowledged by such station. 

All ownership copyright and property rights of league games, the telecast thereof and in the events and activities conducted in the arena shall remain the sole property of said league, and no such rights are conferred or created on behalf of any other person or entity by the issuance of this credential.

The bearer of this credential and his or her employer assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to this event and agree to indemnify and hold harmless FC Wichita, TLfc, WPSL and the ECNL, its member teams, other agents and employees from and against all liability, loss, damages or expense resulting from or arising out of his or her presence at the event. The bearer grants permission to the league to utilize the bearer’s image, likeness or voice in connection with any broadcast, photograph or other reproduction of this event via any media and for any purpose.

DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT WITHIN THE PRESS BOX. NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This credential is a non-transferable personal license and must be clearly displayed at all times. It provides evidence that the bearer has been authorized to enter only those areas designated or allowed by FC Wichita staff and/or stadium personnel. This credential is property of FC Wichita, which has approved the bearer permission to carry it. FC Wichita reserves the right to revoke this credential at any time. Acceptance of this credential indicates agreement with all conditions listed herein. The bearer grants irrevocable permission to FC Wichita and its assignees to utilize the bearer’s voice, image and likeness in connection with any broadcast or other recording, and for all promotional uses resulting from attendance at any related event, without compensation.
